It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Dimitra Fronimos, sister of our fellow member of the board of directors Constantina Fronimos-Baldwin, on December 14.
Per her obituary:
“Dimitra Fronimos, 46, was called home on Wednesday, December 14, 2016. She loved all animals especially birds. Dimitra was a beloved daughter and sister and will be missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind her mother, Kiki Apostolakos; father, Andreas Fronimos and step-mom Juana Fronimos; two sisters, Constantina Fronimos-Baldwin, Dafni Fronimou; niece, Maria Silvana; nephew, Christos Andreas; and extended family of aunts and uncles. A brief visitation will be held Monday, December 19th from 12 pm until services start at 1 pm at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 573 N. Highland St. Burial will follow in Memphis Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family asks that all memorials be sent to Methodist University Hospital or any animal shelter of donor’s choice. Online condolences can be made at memphisfamilyfuneral.com”
